Paint progress

Hasn't been much update recently, as painters and plasterers have been backwards and forwards having each others fix and inspect so that they are happy with the quality of finish before the painter puts the finishing colour on the top. Nothing worse than having imperfections underneath which show through once paint has been applied, the even colour makes it easier for faults to standout.

Today I discovered the ceiling has been painted. External painting has completed on the top level, so they have moved into the internal part of the house. Looks like they have sprayed. Not sure how many coats, but I'm sure I agreed to a 3 coat system, ie. undercoat and two top coats.

Landscaping done

Today the ground was wet, but the landscapers got the job done before lunch time. I also noticed the house had a big tidy up and looks nice and shiny. The countdown is on, and the handover inspection has been booked. 3 Days Paint to front of wall Stair/handrail polish final coats?? Now we have power

Today the meter was finally installed. After receiving a notice that it would be completed with 10 business days, it finally took 12 business days. Landscapers were back to scrape and level the yard ready for plants, edging, gravel and turf. Can't wait to see the finished product. Fences were installed on the front wall. Judging by the pictures, it looks like the blinds are going to be installed and carpet started soon. What's Left 10 Days Paint to front of wall Stair/handrail polish final coats??
