Roughing In (Electrical start)

Today we had a scheduled meeting with the electrician. It gave us an opportunity to go through the electrical layout and request last minute changes. We couldn't help ourselves with a few additions. Now to find out how much this will cost us. Not much to see today, but I also noticed these steel frames for reinforcement.

Today shrubs were planted and mulch laid. The flooring guy was here laying the underlay, tomorrow he does the carpet. No photos, cos I couldn't get in. Landscaping done

Today the ground was wet, but the landscapers got the job done before lunch time. I also noticed the house had a big tidy up and looks nice and shiny. The countdown is on, and the handover inspection has been booked. 3 Days Paint to front of wall Stair/handrail polish final coats?? Now we have power

Today the meter was finally installed. After receiving a notice that it would be completed with 10 business days, it finally took 12 business days. Landscapers were back to scrape and level the yard ready for plants, edging, gravel and turf. Can't wait to see the finished product. Fences were installed on the front wall. Judging by the pictures, it looks like the blinds are going to be installed and carpet started soon. What's Left 10 Days Paint to front of wall Stair/handrail polish final coats??
