Jay & Vicki's 2nd Build

Painting must be completed now. As we see bench stone tops have been fitted, including the sinks under the tops... sorry no shots from inside. I've been locked out :)

It seems the painter is making in roads, it seems he hasn't got much left to do at all. This post will be a large image fest.

Today the painters started painting the walls. Again, I'm not sure how many coats they are up to just yet. Seeing that the plaster joints are visible, it must be the first or second.

I was able to get a photo of the front of the house on a lovely day. Tiles arrive ready for laying after the painters have finished their job.

Hasn't been much update recently, as painters and plasterers have been backwards and forwards having each others fix and inspect so that they are happy with the quality of finish before the painter puts the finishing colour on the top. Nothing worse than having imperfections underneath which show through once paint has been applied, the even colour makes it easier for faults to standout. Today I discovered the ceiling has been painted. External painting has completed on the top level, so they have moved into the internal part of the house. Looks like they have sprayed. Not sure how many coats, but I'm sure I agreed to a 3 coat system, ie. undercoat and two top coats.
